Lucho Giraldes
Founder & Director

Lucho Giraldes is a professional salsa dancer, instructor, and event organizer with a background rooted in high-level performance and professional training, combined with proven international authority online.

He has performed on stage with internationally recognized salsa artists and orchestras, trained professional dancers, and worked for years inside the professional salsa circuit.

Beyond the stage, he is the creator and face behind Viaje de Éxito, the largest salsa education channel in Spanish, with over 125,000 subscribers and more than 13 million views, followed by dancers, instructors, and students worldwide.

That combination — professional-level experience + massive real-world reach — is what defines his work today.

Rather than theory or trends, his approach is built on:
